Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy:

Domestic Returns: Returns may be initiated within 14 days of order shipping day. Returned garments must be unworn with original tag and swimwear hygienic liners attached. Face Masks and Bodysuits are non-refundable for hygienic reasons. Made-to-order pieces are also non-refundable since is made exclusively for you and not as a mass production piece.

Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, worn or without tag and packaging. We will not be responsible if you decide to return an item without authorization, worn, damaged or without tags, packaging or swimwear hygienic liners. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return and handling shipping costs. Discounted pieces as well as Sample Sales are final sales and not elegible for return.

Returns are processed and refunded within 7 to 10 business days and confirmation will be sent via email. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up in your account. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

International Returns: Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this moment, due to significant postal services delays.

Return Process:

To start the process you must write to us at hello@namibiaviera.com with your name, order number prior sending the package. Return shipments must be sent out within 14 days of the order shipping day. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend submitting a new order of the desire garment while it is still in stock.
