Shipping + Handling

 

Shipping and handling:

All orders are processed Monday though Friday excluding holidays. Lost packages are responsibility of the carrier and all inquires must be directly with them. You will receive an email confirmation with your order as soon as you make your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Methods: All states and territories of the United States

  • USPS: First Class Mail (2 to 5 business days). It includes a tracking number.

  • USPS: Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days). It includes a tracking number.

International Shipping Method:

Tracking:

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped. Make sure to type your email correctly, that way you will get all notifications.

Order processing: 

Please allow one to three business days for your order to be processed. We are working as fast as we can. Due to the high volume of orders, all Pre-Order / Made-to-Order pieces will ship from 1 to 3 weeks. Each item will provide you the exact time frame. Bespoke orders will ship from 6 to 8 weeks.

Production:

All garments are made and shipped from our private studio in New York City. We use the best textile quality and finishings. Our number one priority is in fair treatment of workers and minimal material waste and energy usage throughout the production of each garment.

Return & exchange policy: At this moment, we are not doing mass production. For this reason all pieces are exclusively made as a Limited Edition / Made-to-Order and Bespoke, just for you, and we are not accepting returns.

Privacy policy:

We respect your privacy. We will not disclose your information with third parties, nor organizations.

Payment options: 

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Debit / Credit Cards processed by Stripe.
