Shipping and handling:
All orders are processed Monday though Friday excluding holidays. Lost packages are responsibility of the carrier and all inquires must be directly with them.
Domestic Shipping Methods: 50 states of United States
USPS: Priority Express mail (overnight) and Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days). It includes tracking number.
FedEx: First overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2 Days and Express Saver. It includes tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Methods for United States territories: US Minor Outlying Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.
USPS: Priority Priority mail (1 to 3 business days). It includes a tracking number.
International Shipping Method:
USPS: Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days). It includes a tracking number.
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. We are trying to work as fast as we can but since we are working with Pre-orders and Made-to-order pieces, it can take a little longer. Pre-orders will ship within three days to one week and made-to-order pieces will ship within one to two weeks. Some pieces may be shipped within 3 business days from the day of your purchase.
Our products are made and shipped from New York City.
